I have filled out a public records request to obtain the mugshots of the suspects who showed up to arraignment in the Antifa-linked organized crime and domestic terrorism case in Atlanta. They are accused of a years-long campaign of violence and terrorism to stop the construction of a first responder training facility.

The 61 Antifa-linked RICO suspects accused of domestic terrorism, organized crime and/or money laundering for the "Defend the Atlanta Forest/Stop Cop City" network had their arraignment on Nov. 6 in Fulton County, Ga. at the same jail where Trump and his associates were booked in August.

Former U.S. DOJ intern Abigail Elizabeth Skapyak and French national Dimitri Roger Leny did not show up. The judge issued an arrest warrant for both of them. Fredrique Robert-Paul, of St. Pascal, Canada, did not show as well, though this may be due to travel issues and the judge delayed issuing an arrest warrant.

Oklahoma AG intervenes and drops case against officer who severely injured elderly Vietnamese man

The Oklahoma attorney general, a Republican, has intervened and dropped the case of aggravated assault and battery against an Oklahoma City police officer who used excessive force to arrest a 71-year-old Vietnamese-American man during a traffic citation.

Lich Vu suffered a brain bleed, C1 fracture and an orbital fracture.

The Oklahoma County DA's office charged Oklahoma Police Sgt. Joseph Gibson, but the state AG Gentner Drummond took over the case to dismiss the charge on Dec. 27.

Andy Ngo: Violent suspected migrant thieves tried acting like victims to escape being caught

On Dec. 8, 2024, I went on GB News to discuss what I witnessed when a group of Roma women were detained by security for the Fortnum and Mason department store for allegedly stealing luxury perfume bottles by hiding them up their skirts. The Met Police declined to answer when I asked where the women were from and what their immigration status was. Marioara Raducanu, 51, Cristina Marin, 34, and a teen girl were charged and released.

2024 recap: The best Andy Ngo reports of the year

Happy New Year! Thank you for another year of standing by me. Here are some of the most interesting stories I worked on this year. Which one was your favorite?

Breaking: Judge rules against defaulted Antifa defendants in Andy Ngo lawsuit

BREAKING: At a hearing today regarding three defaulted Antifa defendants in my Ngo v. Rose City Antifa, et al. lawsuit, the court heard evidence about the brutal June 29, 2019 beating I suffered at a Rose City Antifa event where I was seriously injured. The court found that I was indeed battered and assaulted by Madison "Denny" Lee Allen, Katherine "Corbyn" Belyea and Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy (formerly Joseph Christian Evans). The court awarded me $300,000—to be split equally among these three attackers.

Today's victory is a small vindication for the disappointing jury verdict earlier this month at trial. Collecting on these judgments will pose serious challenges; however, I’m deeply grateful for the support of the Center for American Liberty and my counsel Dorothy Yamamoto, Gregory Michael, Harmeet Dhillon, James Buchal and Mark Trammell for believing in me, and helping me hold these attackers accountable for trying to violently silence my First Amendment rights. While it will...

Oregon protects a previously deported illegal migrant now arrested for stabbing of elderly man

Ngo investigates: On Dec. 27, 2024, a Portland man was arrested for allegedly stabbing an 86-year-old man at a Fred Meyer grocery store in Clackamas County, Ore. in an attempt to carjack his vehicle while he was unloading food.

The arrested suspect is 31-year-old Jesus Ascencio-Molina. According to a law enforcement source not authorized to speak on record, Ascencio-Molina is an illegal Mexican national who was previously deported. He has an extensive criminal history in Oregon. Oregon is a sanctuary state and the establishment local media has refused to report on Ascencio-Molina's illegal status background.

Like all Oregon law enforcement departments, Clackamas County has a policy of non-cooperation and will not notify ICE if the illegal migrant suspect is released from custody.

"State law prohibits us from inquiring specifically about place of birth or immigration status," a Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesman told me when I inquired about the attempted murder suspect.

'Black tears': Remembering the Duke lacrosse case and other hate hoaxes

The U.S. has a long history of race grifters weaponizing black tears for hoaxes that destroy the lives of their white targets. This is not discussed as a social phenomenon because of dominant false narratives on race that run in only one direction. Here are some brief highlights:

Tawana Brawley falsely accused four white men in New York of a brutal four-day, racist kidnapping and gang r—pe. The story was a huge media sensation amplified by race grifter Al Sharpton. Brawley was never charged over the hoax.

Crystal Mangum falsely accused three white male students at Duke University in North Carolina of a racist, violent gang r—pe and s—domy. The men were arrested, charged and smeared in the press because of their "white privilege." Mangum was never charged over the hoax and finally admitted to lying last week in an interview after 18 years.

In 2016, three black female students at the University of Albany in upstate New York fabricated a story about being attacked by a group of racist white men on a bus. The story went viral and sparked mass race-reckoning protests on campus and elsewhere. Hillary Clinton amplified the hoax. Recovered surveillance video from the bus showed Ariel Agudio, Asha Burwell and Alexis Briggs were the aggressors who violently attacked a white woman. They were sentenced to a small fine, probation and community service.

In 2019, leftist black activist-actor Jussie Smollett paid two black men to pretend to be racist white "MAGA" supporters who violently assaulted him in Chicago. Kamala Harris championed Smollett's lies. He spent a few days in a county jail. In November 2024, the Illinois Supreme Court overturned his conviction of making false police reports because he had already been given a sweetheart plea deal where his charges were dropped.

Child sex offender and leftist LGBTQ+ activist arrested on new child-sex crimes in North Carolina
A leftist violent sex offender has been arrested and charged on new child sex crime allegations in Pitt County, N.C.

A Pitt County, N.C. LGBTQ+ leftist sex offender has been arrested and charged on new child sex crime allegations.

Brett W. Lutz, 29, of Ayden, was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of failing to register as a sex offender.

Lutz was arrested by deputies from the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office after an investigation spurred by a cyber tip sent by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC).

He allegedly was in possession of child sex abuse material. Authorities raided his home on Dec. 4 and confiscated electronic storage devices.

In 2016, Lutz was convicted in New York state for violently raping a 15-year-old boy. He was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual act on a physically helpless victim and sentenced to eight and a half years in prison. During his time in prison in 2020, he sued two corrections officers at Mid-State Correctional Facility for allegedly violating his constitutional rights. The lawsuit was dismissed.

After he was released, he became an advocate for incarcerated individuals and trans activists. But his online footprint shows a troubling history of posts expressing extreme hatred for those on the political right.

Brett Lutz’s sex offender registration in North Carolina

In May this year, he responded to a photograph of right-wing influencer Joey Mannarino and his wife by writing: “Scum that needs to be removed from this earth.”

The theme of eliminating Donald Trump supporters continues in his X history.

“Someone should really make these idiots suffer,” Lutz posted in June on X in response to left-wing influencer “JoJo from Jerz” posting a photo of a Trump supporter.

Brett Lutz frequently expressed a desire to see Donald Trump supporters killed

The same month, he posted to an account he thought belonged to Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene: “Marjorie, if I you [sic] could just shut the fuck up and stop being a privileged white bitch we’d all appreciate it. Go suck Donald’s dick some more you tramp.”

Lutz also posted in defense of trans and queer ideology in school curriculums. Elsewhere, he targeted people who advocated for keeping males out of women’s single-sex spaces and sports.

“You and your fear mongering ass hole [sic] colleges [sic] use this unfounded assumption and fear to try and write a narrative that’s not there and paint these individuals as these rapists to which they are not,” Lutz wrote in a screed against the Virginia Attorney General.

Brett Lutz has an extreme hatred of conservative politicians

Lutz is currently in custody at the Pitt County Detention Center in Greenville, N.C. on a $1 million hold. His next court date is Dec. 18.

Another trans Portland Antifa commits suicide
Stevie Pohlman was a band member of Mope Grooves

Another Portland Antifa associate has died. Earlier this month, far-left trans militant Stevie Pohlman, who used she/her pronouns and was a member of the band Mope Grooves, committed suicide.

Stevie Pohlman was a fan of extreme political violence

Tributes from the far-left have come in, with leftists blaming "transphobia" for the suicide. Pohlman recently raised nearly $11,000 on GoFundMe for "transition surgeries."

"I’ve wanted this surgery since I was a kid," Pohlman wrote, without elaborating on what type of transition surgery the money was to be spent on. "Recently, in conversation with another trans girl, I compared getting the surgery to ascending to heaven, without much exaggeration." Pohlman claimed being unable to work and unable to "lift, stand, nor sit" for any job.

Antifa members have written tributes to their deceased comrade

There is no evidence transphobia had a role in Stevie Pohlman's death

Pohlman's suicide echoes another Portland Antifa suicide. In 2021, violent Antifa member Jacob Andrew Camello killed itself. The violent rioter used the alias "Spoon" and "it/its" pronouns. Camello was also a sex worker who specialized in pornographic content where it stuck needles in itself. After this journalist reported on Camello's death, Antifa members made repeated death threats against me.
